1. Accountable organization and scope

EJM Solutions Inc. operates the Clairière site. EJM’s privacy officer can be reached at info@ejmsolutions.ca.

This policy applies to the public Clairière site while it is released in a marketing-only profile without lead collection.

2. Form and requests

The public evaluation form is currently disabled. No request field is accepted or stored by the site, and no request is sent through this form to Neon, Resend, or EJM’s mailbox.

EJM does not ask visitors to submit information about a client or patient through the site.

3. Technical data needed to operate the site

Vercel hosts and protects the site. As with any web service, Vercel may temporarily process minimal technical data needed to deliver and protect it, including the IP address and request metadata, under its applicable services and commitments.

This technical processing may occur outside Quebec or Canada. In this profile, the Clairière application does not create an evaluation-request record from that data.

If you accept optional website analytics, Google Analytics 4 may receive the page address, IP address, browser or device data, a pseudonymous cookie identifier, and use events such as page views, session starts, and engagement. EJM does not send any form field, request identifier, or user ID.

4. Advertising and measurement

Google Analytics 4 remains inactive and no Google analytics script loads before your affirmative consent. If you accept, EJM uses this data to understand general site use, page views, and visit sources.

Google signals, advertising personalization, and remarketing remain disabled. This profile does not link the Analytics property to Google Ads and does not send information entered in a form.

The analytics choice stored in your browser is valid for no more than 180 days. The property uses a two-month retention setting for user and event data covered by that setting; aggregated reports and Google technical logs may follow different cycles under Google’s services.

Google Ads measurement remains inactive. No advertising conversion event is sent to Google in this profile.

5. Your rights and contact

You may ask a question, request access to personal information EJM may hold about you, request correction or deletion, or make a complaint by emailing info@ejmsolutions.ca. EJM may need to verify your identity before acting.

You can accept, decline, or withdraw Google Analytics at any time through the permanent “Analytics choices” button in the site footer. Withdrawal reloads the page without analytics and applies going forward.
