1. Site and product

Clairière is a configurable internal operations platform for aesthetic clinics. EJM Solutions adapts it to the team's priorities, content, procedures, and workflows before go-live.

The site introduces the product. By using the site, you accept these terms.

2. Free 20-minute workflow-fit evaluation

EJM describes a free 20-minute workflow-fit evaluation intended to understand the clinic’s workflow and assess whether Clairière could fit. The public form is currently unavailable and no request is accepted through the site in this release profile.

When the evaluation becomes available and EJM confirms it separately, it remains a preliminary conversation. It is not an implementation service and does not automatically produce a recommendation, configuration, or commercial proposal.

3. No contract or guarantee

Viewing the site does not constitute an offer, contract, or guarantee of fit, availability, timing, price, or results.

Any product customization, implementation, pricing, support, responsibility, or other commitment must be set out in a separate agreement accepted by EJM Solutions Inc. and the client.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the site only for legitimate business purposes.
• Do not try to bypass controls, disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access, or submit malicious or unlawful content.

5. Intellectual property

The Clairière name, copy, design, screenshots, graphics, and site content belong to EJM Solutions Inc. or are used with permission. No right to reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use them is granted without written authorization.

6. Availability and content

EJM may correct, change, suspend, or remove part of the site or its presentation. EJM does not guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular need.

7. Scope of guidance

EJM Solutions provides practical workflow and AI usage guidance. This service is not legal, privacy, or cybersecurity advice. The clinic remains responsible for its decisions and practices.

8. Privacy

The Clairière Privacy Policy describes the limited technical processing that applies while the public form is disabled.

9. Changes and contact
